Who we are

We exist so your team can focus on what matters.

LogicFlare was built for one reason: mission-driven organizations shouldn't have to spend their best energy on operational complexity. We take that off your plate — completely.

Mission-driven team at work

Our story

Built from the inside out.

LogicFlare was founded by people who had worked inside media non-profits and seen firsthand how operational burden erodes mission focus. Talented teams were spending too much time managing vendors, chasing IT issues, coordinating logistics, and producing events — and not enough time doing the work they were actually built to do.

We built LogicFlare to be the operational partner we wished existed. Not a consulting firm that drops in with recommendations and leaves. Not a staffing agency that fills seats. A dedicated team that embeds with your organization, learns how you work, and takes full ownership of the operational functions that slow you down.

Today we serve media-focused non-profits across five integrated service areas — Business Operations, IT, Property, Events, and Logistics — as a single, coordinated partner.

What we believe

Our values shape how we work.

Mission first

Every decision we make is filtered through one question: does this help our clients focus on their mission? If not, we rethink it.

Ownership, not oversight

We don't manage tasks — we own outcomes. When something is in our hands, it gets done. No hand-holding required.

Transparency always

We communicate clearly, report honestly, and never hide problems. Our clients always know where things stand.

Built for the long term

We're not here for a project. We're here to be a lasting operational partner — one that grows with your organization.

The team

People who've been in your shoes.

Our team brings direct experience working inside media non-profits — which means we understand the pressures, the constraints, and what it actually takes to keep a mission-driven organization running.
